A Strategy package is for businesses who want a more DIY approach. We will work to find the root of what your pain points are, then bring you solutions to implement on your own! This package is MADE for business owners who just don’t have the time to sift through all the options. You have a vision of where you want your business to go but need support to make it a reality. We will come with recommendations of systems to implement, what SOP’s to create, a timeline of when things needs to be accomplished, and much more.

Here is what a typical Strategy package looks like:

Step 1

• 90-120 minute strategy call(s) where we will discuss:
  • How things are CURRENTLY going for your business
  • How you ENVISION things going over the next year
  • What your short term and long term goals are

Step 2

• Using our strategy call Flow-VBM will:
  • Analyze our call for solutions
  • Research options for your pain points (software’s, price points, industry standards, automations, etc.)
  • Document our recommendations with a timeline for you to follow

Step 3

• Within 10 working days we will deliver a:
  • 6-10 page strategy document
  • 60 minute call to review the strategy we have laid out for you

And if you decide that you would like to move into a retainer to help implement the plan, we will give you a 15% discount off of the cost of your new service!
